Why do I have to pay more for shipping than the cost stated above?
If you are located in a DHL remote area (A remote area is an area that is far away from a DHL distribution centre), we can’t offer you Free Standard delivery. There is a post delivery option available for shipments up to 2kg which costs € 6.49 per order. Express delivery is available, which costs an additional € 20 per order. How long until I receive my puzzle?
- If you have selected standard delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 6 - 9 business days.
- If you have selected express delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 2 - 5 business days.
The above delivery times include production time and delivery time!
What carrier is used to deliver my puzzle?
Your puzzle will be securely delivered by DHL.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter at dhl.com to track your order. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
PuzzlesPrint is not responsible for:
- Any mistakes or delays made by DHL or any other courier
- Any mistakes made by customers when entering their delivery address

- We process your order ONLY after we have received full payment.
- We accept only online payments.
Currently, we are working with PayPal to process all online transactions. This payment processor accepts all debit and credit cards and online cheques. Also, you can pay with your outstanding PayPal balance. All credit/debit card details are collected directly by PayPal. We do not receive or have access to these details.
In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop, conducted over the telephone, or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated algorithm combinations.
