If you are located in a DHL remote area (A remote area is an area that is far away from a DHL distribution centre), we can’t offer you Free Standard delivery. There is a post delivery option available for shipments up to 2kg which costs € 6.49 per order. Express delivery is available, which costs an additional € 20 per order. If you have selected standard delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 6 - 9 business days.
If you have selected express delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 2 - 5 business days.
The above delivery times include production time and delivery time!
Your puzzle will be securely delivered by DHL.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter at dhl.com to track your order. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
In the event that the product is damaged or has any other visual defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through email for complete instructions for how to receive a replacement.
As our puzzles are custom made, we can't issue you a refund.
We always rush your order, meaning that we can't do it any faster than our standard production time.
Yes, you can enter a different address for shipping. Many of our customers order puzzles to send as gifts to their friends or relatives.
We offer seven types of jigsaw puzzles: personalised photo puzzles, magnetic photo puzzles, photo collage puzzles, plastic photo jigsaw puzzles, photo frame puzzles, wooden photo puzzles and promotional jigsaw puzzles.
The quality of the final product is very important to us, which is why we use the latest equipment and special 2mm (0.08”) blue jigsaw puzzle cardboard (ESKA GRAPHIC BOARD). For plastic puzzles, we use 2mm (0.08”) thick plastic, for wooden puzzles we use 5mm (0.2") thick plywood, for magnetic puzzles we use plastic with magnetic surface which is 2mm (0.08”) thick and cutting knives that are specially made for our needs to give you the best results!

We accept all major image formats, such as jpg, jepg, tif and tiff.
The maximum file size that you can upload is unlimited, but remember that the larger the file, the longer it will take for it to upload.

Unfortunately, we do not edit uploaded images.
Yes, because each monitor is calibrated differently (or not at all) than our printer. Also, please make sure that your photo is in CMYK if the colour integrity and accuracy is important to you.
You can't use photos that are X-rated or photos that are racist or disrespectful to others.

Yes, just send it to info(at)puzzlesprint.com please in the email let us know in which puzzle size are you interested.
Unfortunately, we only accept digital images that are uploaded to our website.
Yes, you can, but when searching for photos online, please search for high-resolution images. Please note that you take full responsibility for any copyright infringement. Photos downloaded from Facebook are not suitable. Please look for the original image.
You can scan your paper photo.
For the best results, scan your photo at 600 DPI or 1200 DPI.

We will process the order, so if you are not sure, please contact us by sending the image for inspection to info(at)puzzlesprint.com before ordering.
Yes, you can choose the puzzle orientation when you upload your image to our website.
Yes, the photo will be printed on the lid of the box.
You can do that yourself when you upload your photo to our website. Just click "add text" in our online photo editor.
At the moment, you can pay with PayPal. PayPal is the leading online payment processor. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, such as VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We promise never to share or sell any of your personal information with any third party, person or website. The only information we require is that which is necessary to process your order efficiently. Everything else is voluntary. Only senior, authorized personnel have access to system accounts.

No. Since many customers use our services to send the package as a gift, we do not send a paper invoice. You can download the invoice in your account section.
